Great White Shark - Practice #21

In this assignment, you will be practicing plural nouns.  Usually (most of the time), we add an "s" or an "es" to a noun to make it plural.  Example:  horse ---  horses.  glass --- glasses.

However, there are irregular nouns.  Irregular means "not regular."  They do not follow the same rule.  Example:  elf --- elves.  You take out the "f", and add "ves".  Also, there are nouns that change their vowels, the word, or add a different ending.  Example:  goose --- geese.

Directions:  change the noun into a plural noun.  In these plural nouns, you do not add an "s" or "es".  These are irregular nouns.  If you are not sure of your answer, say it quietly to yourself and listen to see if it sounds correct.
