Today's blog post is about telling time. You are expert time-tellers. For this assignment you will need a blank piece of paper (not lined), scratch paper is even better. Binder paper is okay. Also, you need a pencil. Now you are ready.
Please draw 5 analog clocks using your artistic skills. Remember to draw a circle, then mark where all of the numbers on the clocks belong. You may draw the circles free hand, or find a round object and trace around it.
Challenge #1: write the numbers in Roman Numerals.
Challenge #2: Use a compass if you have one to draw the circles.
Here are the times for your clocks:
1) 5:05
2) Quarter past ten.
3) Three thirty.
4) Ten minutes to seven.
5) Ten minutes past seven.
Bonus: 11:55
If you have been keeping up with the blogs, great job! Two more blog posts to go, and then I will see you in the Quad Monday morning. I wish you a lovely weekend.
